Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Modern Citizen pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a small restocking fee may apply to mail-in returns, while exchanges and store credit are always complimentary.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Choose your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for printerless drop-off.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original mailer and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
